This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding contract between A-Net Social Media ("A-Net," "we," or "us") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") accessing or using the A-Net social media platform and all related services, applications, and websites (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

Service Description. A-Net provides a social media platform that allows users to share and connect with others through the sharing of photos, videos, messages, and other content (collectively, "User Content"). The Service also includes features such as profile creation, commenting, and other forms of interaction.

User Accounts. In order to use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

User Content. You retain all rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant A-Net a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the Service and A-Net's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

Proprietary Rights. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of A-Net and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of A-Net.

User Conduct. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (b) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the A-Net servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser; (c) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (d) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service; (e) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (f) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service; (g) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service; (h) using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (i) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (j) interfering with the proper working of the Service.

Our social media platform offers the ability to buy and sell goods through our service. Before using our platform, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Registration: To sell goods on A-Net, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited items: You are not allowed to sell illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods on A-Net. Additionally, we do not allow the sale of items that are prohibited by law or that violate our community guidelines.

Listing and pricing: When listing goods for sale, you must provide accurate and truthful information about the item, including its condition, size, and any defects. You are responsible for setting the price of your item and any associated shipping fees.

Payment: Buyers will pay for goods through our platform, and sellers will receive payment after the buyer has confirmed receipt of the item. A-Net takes a commission on all sales made through our platform.

Shipping: Sellers are responsible for shipping goods to buyers in a timely and professional manner. You must provide accurate tracking information to the buyer once the item has been shipped.

Returns and refunds: A-Net has a strict returns and refunds policy. If a buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return it within a specified period of time for a refund. Sellers must comply with our returns and refunds policy.

Liability: A-Net is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of goods that occur during shipping or delivery. A-Net is not liable for any disputes that arise between buyers and sellers.

Termination: A-Net reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any of our terms and conditions. We may also remove any listings or content that we determine violates our policies.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: A-Net may modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions 

By using A-Net's platform to sell goods, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our platform.

Age Limit: A-Net's texting service is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to use A-Net's texting service.

Appropriate use: A-Net's texting service is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You may not use our texting service to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or other unwanted communications.

Prohibited content: You are not allowed to use A-Net's texting service to send illegal, harmful, or offensive content. This includes content that is discriminatory, harassing, or defamatory.

Privacy: A-Net takes your privacy seriously. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. However, we may collect data about your use of our texting service, including your IP address and device information.

Blocking and reporting: If you receive unwanted or offensive messages on A-Net's texting service, you can block the user or report the message to our support team. We will take appropriate action to investigate and resolve any reported issues.

Liability: A-Net is not responsible for any damage or harm that results from your use of our texting service. A-Net is not liable for any disputes that arise between users.

Termination: A-Net reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any of our terms and conditions. We may also remove any content or messages that we determine violates our policies.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: A-Net may modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions
